We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Financial Reporting Manager located in Houston Texas, 77030. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following responsibilities listed below. For immediate consideration, please email a copy of your resume directly to [email protected].

Ensure accurate and timely preparation of internal financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards (e.g., GAAP or IFRS).

Manage the closing process, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.

Establish and monitor internal controls to ensure accuracy and reliability of financial data and safeguard company assets.

Provide detailed financial reports and analysis to support management's decision-making and operational strategy.

Serve as the primary point of contact during financial audits, preparing schedules and addressing auditor inquiries.

Collaborate with finance and operational teams to align financial reporting with budgets and forecasts.

Ensure compliance with all financial reporting requirements specific to private companies, such as tax reporting and lender reporting.

Lead and develop the accounting team, ensuring consistent performance and fostering a collaborative environment.

Identify and implement improvements to accounting processes and systems to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Oversee cash flow reporting to provide visibility into the company’s liquidity and financial health.

Requirements

CPA

7+ years of relevant accounting experience w/ prior management experience in health care

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance

Master's degree in Finance or Accounting, preferred.

Workday or PeopleSoft experience
