The Waldinger Corporation, a premier mechanical, sheet metal, electrical, and service contractor, seeks a driven, process-oriented professional with strong analytical skills. This role will supervise a team of billing specialists to set up and maintain projects. They will play a key part in the creation of highly detailed client-specific invoices and resolve matters connected with project management, client requests, and division leadership.

　　Duties include, but are not limited to:

　　Overseeing, managing staff, and performing all financial aspects of construction projectsLead standardization of accounting processes while also assessing and establishing best practices.Collaborates with project management staff to review and store contract and change order documentationMonitor weekly collection activity for past-due receivables. Lead weekly Accounts Receivable review with construction billing specialists and provide timely reports on overdue collections or other AR Issues.Understands the process and manages payroll processing to ensure payroll is entered timely and accurately.Requirements:
