Description

Robert Half is seeking a skilled Accounting Manager/ Consultant within the nonprofit industry. The Consultant will be responsible for supporting month end close, balance sheet reconciliation and managing fixed assets. Additionally, the consultant must help with the year end audit. This opportunity will be located onsite in San Bernardino, CA.

Technical Skills

Assist with month end close and fiscal year in audit

Reconcile Balance sheet accounts (cash, prepaids, accruals, and investment)

Review and create desktop procedures

-Clean up work and help with the audit, PBC listing

Strong Excel skills are required-Yardi Voyager ( system is not required)

Soft Skills

Attention to detail

Able to communicate at various levels within the organization

Must be able to work independently

Requirements

• Proficiency in all aspects of Accounting Functions

• Extensive experience in Auditing

• In-depth knowledge of General Ledger operations

• Ability to perform Monthly Account Reconciliation

• Experience in managing Monthly Accruals
