Description

Robert Half has an exceptional opportunity for an Accounting Clerk to assist companies in Minneapolis on a contract basis. This position would include but not limited to matching and batching invoices, processing expense reports, processing checks, handing AR invoicing, and resolving A/P issues.

Requirements

Your responsibilities in this role

Verify, log and mail checks, including expediting special handling

Ensure invoices, checks, and other documents are properly sorted, logged, photocopied, and filed

Accurately execute daily processes and controls in a timely manner while ensuring Company policies are followed

Handle daily department mail by opening, sorting, and distributing it

Carry out additional tasks as assigned

Provide customer service to internal business partners

Help with internal and external audits as required

Support the AP/AR/Finance Department by completing administrative and clericals tasks
