Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Accounting Assistant in Pompano Beach, Florida. This role is within the manufacturing industry, where you will be assisting the accounting team with various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with accounting functions and administrative tasks.

• Utilizing accounting software systems to maintain accurate records.

• Managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) efficiently.

• Conducting auditing and bank reconciliations as required.

• Utilizing ADP - Financial Services for financial management.

• Operating CaseWare for financial reporting and auditing.

• Using Concur for expense management.

• Employing ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for business process management.

• Demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis. Requirements • Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services

• Experience with CaseWare is preferred

• Knowledge of Concur software is a plus

• Understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Capability to handle various Accounting Functions

• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP)

• Proficiency in handling Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Previous experience in Auditing

• Ability to perform Bank Reconciliations

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
