　　Looking for an accountant in Ashland VA. The role is TTH looking to start asap. This role is M-F onsite 8:30-5:30. The position details inclide Quickbooks enterprise version (higher level) (ERP type system) PO, inventory, receiving, create vendor bill, three way match. inventory sale, shipping process, Month end, general ledger. 　　Responsibilities

　　Maintaining the Company General Ledger using QuickBooks Enterprise Manufacturing versions. This will

　　include the reconciliation of all subsidiary ledgers such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable,

　　Inventory and all other liability accounts each month.

　　Reconciliation of all cash accounts to General Ledger balances

　　Paying all company bills in a timely manner which includes 3 way matches to Purchase orders and

　　receiving documentation as well as obtaining approvals for payment of all none Purchase order

　　expenses.

　　Make Daily bank deposits and post to Quickbooks updating customer accounts.

　　Creating Daily pick tickets for customer shipments and corresponding customer invoices.

　　File monthly Virginia Sales tax forms and make corresponding payments.
