　　Senior Accountant

　　70-100k + Bonus

　　San Francisco - On-site; PARKING available

　　Day to Day

　　Oversee all accounting and finance operations, ensuring smooth month-end closings and managing the GL.

　　Manage bank reconciliations and fixed assets.

　　Craft accurate financial snapshots through reports on managed equipment.

　　Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements for completeness and accuracy.

　　Drive the creation of essential reports, such as Daily Cash Summaries and Cash Projections.

　　Develop monthly financial preparation statements for audit and tax purposes.

　　Handle ACH & Wire Requests, ensuring approval and proper documentation for payments.

　　Coordinate efficiently with outsourced accounting services for streamlined processes.

　　Conduct quarterly reviews of G& A accruals to identify any unrecorded liabilities.

　　Ensure compliance with government reporting requirements, actively support and file federal and local taxes, and assist during audits.

　　Undertake ad hoc accounting tasks, covering AP, AR, vendor management, and more.

　　Requirements

　　Ideal Candidate:

　　3+ years of experience

　　Must have knowledge of GAAP

　　Eager to learn - Good attitude
