　　In CBRE Investment Accounting and Reporting Solutions we are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our team in Amsterdam.

　　What are the main responsabilities?

　　Review of the financial data booked by the Property Accountant

　　Reviews and verifies the accuracy of journal entries and accounting classifications assigned to various records

　　Responsible for the day-to-day accounting support functions for Dutch SPVs: creates month-end accounting entries, reconciles discrepancies and posts to GL

　　Coordination of payments

　　Prepares key Balance Sheet reconciliations and reviews those done by others

　　Prepares monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and other client reporting

　　Preparation of statutory reporting

　　Performing financial controls on financial statements and on SOC 1 controls

　　Support VAT process and liquidity forecasts

　　Assist in the audit processes

　　Taking part of project groups

　　What are we looking for?

　　Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

　　1 to 3 years relevant work experience.

　　Preferable with knowledge of Real Estate and propco accounting.

　　Knowledge of Dutch GAAP, IFRS and accounting principles in general.

　　Experience with preparation of financial statements.

　　Strong analytical skills and critical attitude.

　　Excellent communication skills and social skills.

　　Accurate, independent, proactive, solution-oriented attitude and team player.

　　Fluent in Dutch and English.

　　Knowledge of Yardi is a pre.
