Review and provide feedback on monthly and annual financial statements,ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and companypolicies. Develop and provide advice on tax strategies for operations,taking into account the company's plans for commercialization and supplychain expansion into Canada and North America. Prepare and review financialmodels and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to managementfor strategic decision-making. Advise management on cash management,including forecasting cash flow and identifying opportunities foroptimization. Manage the financial function of the company, ensuringhigh-quality data and reporting, and providing training on accountingprocesses and responsibilities.

　　REQUIREMENTS: Master s (or foreign equivalent) in BusinessAdministration, Accounting, International Business, or related fieldplus one (1) year of professional experience as a Financial Auditor,Financial Analyst, or related occupation.

　　EDUCATION OR EXPERIENCE MUST INCLUDE: Managerial Accounting, FinancialAccounting, Cost Management Systems, Public Accounting, and International Tax.

　　Any suitable combination of experience of education, training, orexperience is acceptable.
