　　We are calling all Construction Accountants! Our client in the South Orlando area is looking for a talented individual to join their team. You will be responsible for managing construction costs, preparing financial reports, and supporting the business on its construction projects from start to finish. Your experience with general contractors, including managing and reviewing contractor bills, resolving disputes, and maintaining healthy relationships, will be invaluable. Candidates in the accounting field with a background in construction, we want to hear from you today!

　　Responsibilities

　　Keeping track of all costs related to construction projects

　　Processing invoices and purchase orders

　　Reviewing contractors' bills for accuracy and completeness

　　Reviewing, approving, and processing payroll, expense reports, and time cards

　　Researching and resolving invoice and billing disputes with contractors

　　Auditing all accounts against contractual terms, budgets, and time schedules

　　Reviewing and approving vendor invoices and subcontractor bills

　　Maintaining files on general ledger, assets, and mills, as well as contracts, warranties, and insurance policies

　　Preparing reports as necessary.
