　　As an Accounting Assistant you will be assisting the Controller and overseeing A/P, A/R, Journal Entries, General Ledger, Reconciliations, and managing high volume accounting transactions. Develops and runs routine reporting for reconciliation and control activities, and ability to resolve data discrepancies, involving other team and business partners as necessary. If you have a team player attitude and have a passion for finance, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for. This is an immediate opening that needs to be filled quickly. 　　Responsibilities

　　High volume processing invoices.

　　Performs daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of accounts and cash as assigned.

　　Runs and develops routine reporting needed to perform reconciliation and control activities.

　　Makes routine postings to the general ledger.

　　Resolve data discrepancies within necessary time frames.

　　Performs balancing activities and deposits claim checks.

　　Assist with vendor inquiries and provide excellent customer service.

　　Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
