Job Overview:
We are looking for a Process Manager who will play a crucial role in overseeing Billing, Accounts Payable (AP) processing, and streamlining/documentation of processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the correct and consistent cadence of AP and Billing activities while identifying opportunities for process improvement and documentation enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Billing Management:
Generate and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accuracy of billing information.
Address customer inquiries related to billing discrepancies.
2.Accounts Payable Processing:
Manage end-to-end AP processes, including invoice receipt, validation, and payment processing.
Work closely with vendors to resolve any payment-related issues.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
3.Process Streamlining and Documentation:
Evaluate existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement streamlined processes.
4.Cadence Management:
Establish and maintain a consistent cadence for AP and Billing activities.
Monitor payment and billing schedules to ensure adherence to deadlines.
Implement measures to enhance the efficiency of cadence-related processes.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience in Billing and AP processing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Experience in process improvement and documentation.
