　　Execute company progressive collections process to ensure customers are making payments on time.Communicate regularly with customers to ensure all information is current.Be responsible for handling financial transactions throughout the day and daily balancing of dealership cash and credit card accounts.Repossessing vehicles from customers that are delinquent in their payments.Working with customers to proactively avoid payment issues.Making in person contact with customers that are delinquent in payments, in order to secure payments that are due.Work with the dealership team to ensure all vehicles and the dealership present a clean, professional and attractive image.What You'll Bring:

　　High school diploma or equivalent1-2 years of customer service experienceAbility to communicate effectivelyA valid state driver's license, with limited moving violations within the last 3 yearsAbility to prioritize schedule when business needs ariseAbility to react appropriately under pressureProficient computer skills
