  Essential Job Functions and Accountabilities:

  Gain a full understanding of the capabilities of the company under Biosciences DivisionAct as an ambassador of Thermo Fisher Scientific and fully embrace the company values.Build long-term, productive, and mutually beneficial relationships with new and existing customers.Drive Business revenue from assigned Institutes/Territory directly & thru dealers.Onboarding new accounts in the assigned territory.Expected to cover important research institutes in North-India.Provide reports on a regular basis as requested. Such reports will include customer connection reports, performance to targets, project progress, SFDC updates etc..Effectively plan your time to maximise impactCreate large opportunity leads and actively follow-up quotations with the aim of improving numbers and conversion ratesMust maintain high ethical standards to support a professional business code of conduct.

  Desired Experience:

  Current experience in Indian/MNC in Life Science Segment and Bio PharmaM.Sc Lifesciences with Experience could range from 2- 4yrsShould have strong understanding of Indian Research Institutes /Biotech MarketsResponsible for delivering revenue targets for business area of responsibility and have budgetary responsibility for marketing spend in the regionMust be well organized, have multi-tasking ability and excellent interpersonal skills.Should be able to prioritize and have excellent problem-solving skills pertaining to the India Market.
