  Establish high value relationships with new and existing clientsBuild rapport and strengthen relationships with clients to unearth consulting opportunitiesNegotiate bill rates with clientsResponsible for pre-sale planning and post-sale executionCollaborate with Recruiters to identify optimal candidate matchesManage consultants while on assignment for OxforInput client information and all communication notes into the database*Additional ResponsibilitiesSkills*
