Key responsibilities

　　Establishing and maintaining effective communication channels with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the program.

　　\n

　　Responsible for P&L for Japan Sector and other Geos

　　\n

　　Making strategic decisions and providing guidance to project teams based on program objectives and organizational priorities.

　　\n

　　Conducting program reviews and post-implementation evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

　　\n

　　Developing and managing program plans, including defining objectives, deliverables, timelines.

　　\n

　　Identifying and managing program risks and issues and implementing mitigation strategies.

　　\n

　　Collaborating with Delovery Managers, project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.

　　\n

　　Monitoring and tracking program progress, including evaluating and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) and milestones.

　　\n

　　Facilitating coordination and collaboration across different teams and departments involved in the program.

　　\n

　　Managing program budgets and resources, including allocating resources appropriately and ensuring cost control.

　　\n

　　Staying up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in program management.

　　\n

　　Qualifications:

　　\n

　　Bachelor?s degree in Engineering, Program Management or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

　　\n

　　Proven experience in program management or project management, preferably in a similar industry or domain.

　　\n

　　Strong knowledge of program management methodologies, tools, and processes.

　　\n

　　Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

　　\n

　　Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

　　\n

　　Experience in budgeting, financial management.

　　\n

　　Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences.

　　\n

　　Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a focus on finding creative solutions and driving results.

　　\n

　　Proficiency in project management software and tools.

　　\n

　　Professional certifications in program management (such as PMP or PgMP) are a Must
