r The Senior 4-H Program Lead will participate as a key member of the4-H Program Executive Leadership Team (4-H PELT). Responsibilities willinclude managing programmatic responsibilities directly tied to anevaluation tool to develop a strong evaluation and reporting protocolfor the Idaho 4-H educational efforts. Will cultivate a 4-H Community ofPractice (CoP) to share teaching techniques and develop a consistent 4-Hteaching model using current pedagogy principles to streamline the 4-Hprogram through common goals centered on the 4-H mission. Intentionallyembed inclusivity methods in all teaching objectives to reachnon-traditional audiences and comply with Affirmative Action/EqualEmployment Opportunities program in all aspects of Idaho 4-H work.Assist the 4-H director with data collection for annual reports. This isa tenure track position, and is negotiable on rank for an Assistant orAssociate Professor position. Rank and tenure are negotiable based onhow the candidate meets the criteria outlined in department and collegebylaws.
rrMinimum Qualifications:
r
Masters degree in youth or human development, education, socialwork, or related field. Masters degrees in other fields may beconsidered with work experience that demonstrates similarcompetencies.5 years of full-time professional experience relevant to humandevelopment, education, or social work.Experience with oral, written, interpersonal, and informationtechnology communication skills.Experience working collaboratively as a team member with families,volunteers, youth leaders, community collaborators, academics andprogrammatic staff, and other stakeholders.Experience adapting to evolving situations and circumstances.rrPreferred Qualifications:
r
Doctoral degree in a related field.Experience with 4-H youth programs.Experience with progressive, innovative, and effective programleadership management.rrPhysical Requirements & Working Conditions:
