　　ARSIEM is currently looking for a Database Administrator. The position will support one of our Government clients in Annapolis Junction, MD.

　　Responsibilities

　　Maintain the integrity, security, and availability of multiple databases.

　　Duties include disaster recovery, performance analysis and tuning, index maintenance, and monitoring of data.

　　Administer, maintain, develop and implement policies and procedures for ensuring the security and integrity of the database.

　　Evaluate and recommend available database management system (DBMS) products.

　　Perform database and software lifecycle activities to ensure the highest system performance, availability, and compliance with business requirements.

　　Perform Oracle, SQL Server and SYBASE Database and Application server administration.

　　Organize and format data for efficient query and storage processes.

　　Minimum Qualifications

　　Ten (10) years of experience as a DBA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity s required.

　　A bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required.

　　Four (4) years of additional DBA experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.Manage and maintain MongoDB database servers in all environments

　　Skills to design and implement redundancy and fail-over strategies

　　Skills to monitor and tune database performance

　　Skills to design and implement backup/recovery strategies per RTO / RPO requirements

　　Skills to provide support for software upgrade and patching

　　Clearance Requirement: This position requires an active TS/SCI with a polygraph. You must be a US Citizen for consideration.
