　　Randstad in Johnson City is looking for someone who enjoys working with their hands or wants to learn a new trade. The ideal candidate has previous experience as an Assembler or experience in a related position. This client just opened a brand new facility and is expanding in 2023, 2024, and 2025! One to two years of consistent work history and job stability are required.

　　salary: $17.85 - $17.86 per hour

　　shift: Second

　　work hours: 3 PM - 11:30 PM

　　education: High School

　　Responsibilities

　　Scan manufacturing order operations for labor. Follow oral and written work instructions to understand units of measure and determine materials needed. Use close vision to install components such as PC boards, wire harnesses, rubber isolation grommets, c-clips, distance washers, and ball bearings. Lift or move up to 25 pounds, have familiarity with small hand tools, and use color vision to select wires of the specified color, marking, or length.

　　The client requires all candidates to acquire ESD boots/shoes before starting.

　　Drug screening and background checks are required.

　　The essential functions of this role include:

　　wearing steel toe shoes

　　manual lifting up to 50lbs

　　standing for 8 hours at one time
