Trane Technologies’ early career student program internships provide current college students with challenging assignments, leadership training, valuable exposure to our company's senior leaders and opportunities to network. Our 12-week summer internship opportunities offer candidates working toward their Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or Economics exposure to variety assignments which could include: New Product Costing, Cost Accounting, General Accounting, Tax, FPA, Data Analytics, Global Internal Audit, Sarbanes-Oxley and Enterprise/Sector Accounting projects.

Where is the work:

This position has been designated as On-Site at our Tyler, TX location.

Hybrid work schedule (3 or more days onsite a week) and will be based out of our Davidson, NC location.

· Willing to be mobile and relocate to either Davidson, NC or Tyler, TX as assigned  

· Pursuing a BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or Economics, or related degree with a cumulative overall GPA at or above 3.0 

· Minimum Work Experience: At least one internship or work experience  

· Demonstrated leadership skills such as: campus organizations, sports team captain, resident advisor, etc. or exceptional leadership of work projects 

· U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future 

Salary Information:

Base Pay: $22.00 – $30.69 per hour

Relocation/housing assistance is available as a lump sum payment of $3,500 tax assisted.
