Description: Enterprise MES Control Account Manager supporting the Enterprise MES system build.

　　The candidate selected for the Control Account Manager position will be responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance for the 1LMX Enterprise MES scope. Successful candidates will partner closely with the Release Train Engineer (RTE) and functional product owners to deliver transformational capabilities in support of the OneLM vision and accelerate value to Business Area first mover programs. The individual will lead updates to the 1LMX business case and program baseline and will be responsible for the accurate reporting and tracking of earned value metrics (EVM) for the program.

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　Demonstrated leadership experience in a high impact, high visibility role

　　Established program management skills (traditional and/or agile) with experience managing technical, cost and schedule performance

　　Formal Control Account Management or equivalent experience planning and managing budgets

　　Experience providing Information Technology support to Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain or Sustainment functions

　　Proven ability to work effectively across organizational and geographic boundaries

　　Ability to effectively present to Executive level leadership

　　Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 14 years or more of professional experience; or 12 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered an expert, authority in discipline.

　　Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.

　　Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

　　Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

　　Pay Rate:

　　The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $135,800 - $256,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. 　　The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $118,100 - $226,400. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
