Our talented people empower us, and we believe in being part of a team that is pragmatic, collegial and enthusiastic about representing a thriving company in a dynamic corporate industry.What you will be doing:You will assist with the monitoring of Worldpays compliance with Global Privacy Regulations, including but not limited to GDPR, LGPD, CCPA, PIPL, PIPEDA, etc. You will provide advice to FIS business units on existing and upcoming global Privacy laws. Additionally, you will risk assesses new products and services that process personal data. You will deputize for the Chief Privacy Officer and Data Protection Officer, or any other team member, as necessary. Specifically, your role will:Provide oversight and drive privacy and data protection compliance for recently acquired businessMonitor new and upcoming privacy and data protection laws and regulationsAssist in the assessment, escalation, and notification of privacy incidentsConduct data audits, policy and notice updates, and subject access requests as necessaryInform and advise FIS business units and employees on their obligations under global privacy and data protection laws and regulationsMonitor compliance with global privacy and data protection laws and regulations other countries.Risk assess all new FIS productsAssist the Chief Privacy Officer and Data Protection Officer, or any other team member, as neededWorks with internal shareholders and external consultants to execute the privacy and data protection programProvides project management oversight for various initiatives to modify global business practicesInforms and advises FIS employees on the company's obligations under privacy and data protection lawsMonitors and audits company compliance with privacy and data protection lawsConducts training and awareness to help teams understand how to handle sensitive information and apply policiesSupports Chief Privacy Officer and EU Data Protection Officer (DPO) in enforcing requirements and processesPartners with the IT department in the development of policies, procedures and practices for information security, data handling, outsourcing, BYOD and monitoring in the work placeWorks with Sales & Marketing to confirm compliance with applicable laws and regulations for marketing, advertising, profiling and publicityAssists with performance of data protection impact assessments ("DPIAs")Monitors and communicates regulatory changes that impact FIS products, services and business activitiesMaintains knowledge of applicable laws and regulationsOffers guidance on implementing regulatory changesParticipates in training promoting privacy and data protection awarenessIdentifies areas of potential improvementProvides updates for periodic reportsInterfaces with legal counsel, data protection authorities, and works councils, as needed, to address regulatory issues, concerns or questions.Assists the business with responses to customer specific questions and concernsWhat you bring for experience:Bachelor's Degree requiredTypically requires up to three years of work experience
