  Workflow Manager, Workflow Management Responsibilities:

  Collaborate with operations and data-focused teams to solve operational problems and develop solutions to scale workflows including content review, policy enforcement, fraud/spam research & enforcement, reporting & analytics, tool & infrastructure development, new product testing & support

  Define and monitor the performance criteria for successful commerce workflows, liaise with required cross-functional partners to ensure that the workflows meet these criteria on an ongoing basis and surface/escalate any issues, opportunities and risks as appropriate

  Leverage analytics and expertise in end-to-end management of commerce workflows, to ensure that human review resources are utilized in the most impactful way

  Be the commerce workflow gatekeeper and partner with cross-functional partners and other Commerce Operations teams to facilitate change management, timing and its subsequent impacts on commerce workflows

  Identify trends to enhance the support and detection processes and improve commerce operations efficiency and effectiveness

  Collaborate over analysis of data to proactively deliver insights about operational performance, drive improvements, perform root cause analyses on key problem areas, enable others to identify opportunities that drive operational improvements

  Leverage data informed insights to drive decisions related to operationalization and scaling of new products and policies, including decisions related to optimization of OPEX

  Program manage projects aiming to operationalize and scale policy enforcement, customer support and new products

  Provide regular reporting and communicate effectively regarding operational health, progress against goals and top line metrics describing efficiency of commerce workflows

  Drive operational readiness by contributing to OPEX demand forecasting, validation and prioritization of OPEX asks, with clear communication of trade-offs and ability to build consensus around the path forward

  Execute governance processes for commerce workflows and protocols, including resolution of escalations and execution of recovery processes

  25% domestic travel and 5% international travel required

  Minimum Qualifications:

  Minimum Qualifications:

  Master's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Operations Research, or related field. Requires 12 months of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Position also requires 12 months of experience involving the following:

  Collaborate with cross functional partners to drive process improvements, facilitate change management, and solve operational problemsLeverage data insights to identify problems, perform root cause analysis, and identify solutionsLead strategic implementation and planning for risk and growthData analysis using SQLInfluencing data, business, and engineering teams through knowledge of business and ecosystem needsIdentifying nuances and patterns within large data setsExecute governance processes and protocols, including resolution of escalations and recovery processesPublic Compensation:

  $127,400/year to $151,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
