The EWRG is a diverse 50+ person team looking for an experienced project manager with a passion for water resources. EWRG works on a variety of water, wastewater, and stormwater projects including modeling of distribution and collection systems, asset management, stream restoration, green infrastructure, and a range of facility designs.A successful candidate for the Senior Project Engineer position is team oriented, organized, and has strong technical skills. The candidate takes initiative and current on software, regulations, and technology.Your Primary FocusTechnical Leadership:* Provide high-level expertise and mentor project teams.* Lead and support studies, designs, and construction across water infrastructure.* Perform QA/QC within your area of expertise.* Stay current on industry standards and regulations.Communication and Management:* Effectively communicate project goals, options, and outcomes to all stakeholders.* Develop work plans, schedules, and budgets for technical tasks.* Understand and leverage OHM services for client needs.* Develop, train, and mentor teams for their growth.Problem-Solving:* Anticipate project issues and advise clients on solutions.* Provide recommendations for resolving issues effectively.What You'll Need to SucceedTechnical Expertise:* Hydraulic/hydrologic modeling of water/wastewater/stormwater systems.* Aging and complex infrastructure design in Ohio.* Stormwater/water/wastewater infrastructure assessment & design.* Asset management, pipeline design hydraulics, and inspection.Professional Skills:* Analytical and problem-solving skills.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CAD software, PDF software, and scheduling tools.* Initiative, self-direction, and time management.* Mentoring and train new staff.* Ohio Professional Engineering License.Come work for OHM Advisors, the community advancement firm.With the singular mission of Advancing Communities , we create great places.
