Edelman is looking for an experienced, innovative, and agile Vice-President, Knowledge Management within our Digital Growth team. Someone with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, an established track record in growth or knowledge management roles, and a depth of digital or social media marketing experience.
The VP is responsible for partnering with the Managing Director for Digital Growth and working with global digital leadership to nurture specialist expertise, facilitate the sharing of best-practice work from across the network, build awareness and understanding of our capabilities and offerings, and drive growth through external collaborations and partnerships.

Responsibilities: Develop and manage growth plan inclusive of efforts to build and cultivate community, empower innovation, externalize and merchandize our expertise.Manage innovation agenda to expose digital teams to the latest and greatest technology innovations and opportunities.Sourcing, analyzing and providing data on emerging industries and marketing trends within Edelman's key geographies Manage practice case study and capabilities arsenal on Edelman Digital's knowledge management system. This will include cataloging and sharing best practices within the group and platform, including case studies, POVs, job descriptions and IP.Develop and manage an IP and thought leadership agenda for the digital capabilityLeading collaboration and knowledge sharing initiatives within the practiceServe as an agency resource in sharing and applying marketplace knowledge to client work, thought leadership activities and new business outreach. Identify relevant internal case studies and client work that can be used to drive growth or IP for the agencyUse Edelman paid subscription resources and publicly available data, perform secondary research, track trends and compile research briefs that address business or client pain points and opportunitiesSupport development of responses to new business opportunities by partnering with new business resources to develop effective system to identify and leverage Edelman Digital assetsSupport overall practice administrative management and annual planning support, along with business and human resources reporting.
Basic Qualifications: At least 8-10 years of experience, including 5 or more years of relevant digital agency, consultancy, or marketing communications experience A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Preferred Qualifications: A passion for all things digitalExceptional secondary research skills, solid knowledge of MS Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel) Superior verbal and written communication skills. Effective organizational skills essentialThe ability to explain complex platforms or technologies to large groups in simple termsThe ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently and prioritize appropriately given context and business strategy
$99, 000 - $162, 000 a year
An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
