This is an hourly position
Position Summary:
This position offers an exciting opportunity for a Utility II in Mill department of Rice Mill.
Job Responsibilities:
Duties include but are not limited to:
Assist Miller in maintenance and sanitation of machinery
Maintain neat and clean work station
Rotate shifts weekly
Communicate well with colleagues/Management efficiently
Ensuring safe operations
Enforcement of all ADM policies and procedures
Assist in completing JSA’s
Must have a demonstrated history of safe work behavior and a sincere desire to follow and improve upon safety policies and procedures.
Promotes the ADM Way and Core Values
Ability to manage a diverse team
Able to communicate with all levels of the organization
Assist in development of SOP’s and Work Instructions
Train new hires
Can work overtime each day
All other duties assigned by management
Qualifications
Ability work under pressure, well with others
Good attendance.
Basic Computer skills
Must not be afraid of heights
Must have a demonstrated history of safe work behavior and a sincere desire to follow and improve upon safety policies and procedures
Respectful, positive attitude
Strong work ethic
Must be self-motivated
Must possess excellent leadership, team building, problem solving, time managing, and organizational skills
Bilingual is a plus
