　　Work you'll do/Responsibilities

　　Current project 'Walnut' to handle a legal divestiture of a Kroger entity related to a merger of 2 Clients. The UKG team will consist of about 10 Deloitte team members, along with resorces from the client. This team is part of a larger implementation project.

　　Manage the Deloitte team responsible for configuring UKG Workforce Dimensions business requirements collected from end users, with a clear understanding of database tables and products. Oversee modifications to configurations based on inputs and feedback from end users. Troubleshoot issues with configurations. Test and promote configurations. Work collaboratively across business and technical teams. Share knowledge of UKG time & attendance solutions while leading junior staff through the solutioning process to formulate the best plan to drive client goals forward post implementation.

　　Qualifications

　　Required:

　　5-7 years hands on experience in several Full Life Cycle implementation of the UKG Workforce Central or Workforce Dimensions, from planning to configuration through go-live and support

　　3-5 years Human Capital AMS WFM experience

　　3-5 years of experience leading a workstream, including driving the work towards project deadlines and deliverables that are on target and beyond client expectations

　　3-5 years of experience managing and monitoring project issues and taking appropriate action to ensure an exceptional project completion for the client

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline

　　Knowledge of multiple integration and reporting tools
