　　About This Role:

　　The Treasury Management Accountant (Accountant III) manages theUniversity-wide eCommerce activity as it relates to accounts receivableactivity. This includes facilitating collaboration and communicationbetween third-party payment processing vendors, banking services, andthe University. Assist campus users in exploring e-Commerce solutions tomeet payment collection methods. Complete reconciliation of universitycharges, fees, and discrepancies associated with eCommerce transactions.Manage merchant services for the University, including credit cardterminal activity for the University concerning installation and setupof new credit card terminals, troubleshooting issues with terminals orprocessing, and upgrading terminals per PCI regulations. OverseeUniversity-wide Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance including thepreparation of and submittal of the annual PCI certification report toestablish the University as compliant in accordance with Data SecurityStandards (DSS). Provide ongoing training to campus users on bestpractices in conducting point-of-sale transactions and eCommerceactivities.

　　High school diploma and three years of relevant experience.Preferred Qualifications:

　　Bachelor\'s degree with direct accounting experience.Three or more years of experience in professional accounting auditsupport work.Demonstrated proficiency with computer skills, includingspreadsheets and accounting software.Experience in eCommerce and Merchant Service activity.Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills.Attention to detail and ability to work independently and setpriorities.Other Requirements:
