　　The Global Security Organization provides industry-leading cybersecurity and business protection services to TikTok globally. 　　TikTok is seeking a motivated, mission-oriented Trust and Safety Business Security Solutions Manager with strong business acumen, security experience, and the ability to design and influence security solutions across the Trust and Safety (TNS) division. As the TNS Business Security Solutions Lead, you will provide comprehensive, business-focused security guidance and will design security solutions that enable risk mitigation and remediate vulnerabilities related to content assurance, fraud prevention and protection of TikTok's users. You will be the technical security liaison between TNS and the Global Security Organization. In addition, you will help to understand and implement security initiatives and develop risk mitigation plans to maximize protection for the TNS department.

　　Responsibilities:

　　- Serve as the TikTok Trust and Safety subject-matter expert to assist the Global Security Organization in working to mitigate security issues, findings and vulnerabilities across the department.

　　- Proactively engage with TNS stakeholders to understand their security needs and requirements; provide guidance and architect solutions for security-related decisions.

　　- Spearheads and proactively manages the adoption of security-focused solutions and technologies, including the communication to TNS leaders on operational security risks, explanation of associated risks, development of mitigation strategies, and resolution options. Develop and implement business-specific information security strategies aligned with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

　　- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that security controls are implemented and maintained throughout the organization.

　　- Participate in the evaluation and selection of security technologies and solutions to meet organizational needs.

　　- Conduct targeted security awareness and training programs that are specific to TNS employees and contractors. Educate employees on information security best practices and policies.

　　- Monitor and analyze security and business metrics and reports to identify trends, potential threats, and areas for improvement related to the business.

　　- Stay up-to-date with emerging security threats, industry trends, and regulatory changes relevant to business requirements.

　　- Other assigned duties as necessary to ensure excellent security services and risk mitigation across the business.

　　Qualifications

　　- Proven experience as a Business Information Security Partner or Business Information Security Officer or a similar role within the social media or technology industry

　　- 8-10+ years of work experience, ideally in a security leadership role.

　　- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in security, privacy, compliance, project management, analytics from an accredited college/university or measurable knowledge/experience from proven industry, military, defense, or government operations.

　　- Strong understanding and experience in the field of trust and safety with a focus on protection of a global marketplace, reputation, and user base from harm and misuse.

　　- Flexibility to work across time zones and travel as needed.

　　- Deep understanding of information security principles, compliance, frameworks, as well as the handling of incidents, breaches, and data protection.

　　- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and mitigate complex security risks

　　- Familiarity with security technologies, tools, and controls, including network security, application security, identity and access management (IAM), data protection, and incident response. Understanding of cloud security principles and experience with cloud service providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)

　　- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and leaders. Demonstrated experience teaching complex concepts by breaking them down into easy-to-understand pieces to increase adoption and provide solutions for common security scenarios.

　　- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on balancing security requirements with business objectives

　　- Knowledge of project management methodologies and experience leading cross-functional security initiatives

　　- A self-starter that can manage and prioritize initiatives with strong organizational, project management, and analytical skills. Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and adapting quickly and flexibly to change.

　　[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

　　The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $147200 - $374400 annually.

　　Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
