  We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our E-Commerce operations team. In this role, your objective is to acquire and cultivate creators in a scaleable way to create E-Commerce content in TikTok. This role will require daily interaction with local creators.

  Responsibilities:

  - Contact and manage TikTok Shop(TTS) Creators to help them improve shop business;

  - Collaborate with local Brands/MCN/TSP to help build a well-designed uplift plan for TTS creators

  - Responsible for organizing online/offline campaign events to enlarge the creator community of TTS

  - Capability to plan and implement online & offline campaigns, complete related performance analysis;

  - Enhance the communication among creators and improve stickiness, activity and loyalty of them, in order to build up a positive community and incremental content pool for the platform to grow;

  Qualifications

  - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience

  - With certain operation experiences of Social Media Agency, Talent Management, and MCN of KOL in fashion & beauty, food, lifestyle, or electronics;

  - Understand the needs of users and good at finding and cultivating KOL/Influencer, a successful case will be a plus;

  - Outstanding skills of communication, presentation and problem-solving, enjoy communication with users and deliver daily support with a strong user-driven mindset;

  - Strong planning skills for online & offline campaigns, be creative and good at brain-storming;

  - Be enthusiastic, responsible, result-driven and efficient, can work under pressure;
