　　About the Team

　　Our team is responsible for the US TikTok Shop search product, including making search strategies and search front-end interaction design. We focus on increasing income and creating a good e-commerce ecosystem.

　　Responsibilities:

　　1. Responsible for product planning and version iteration management of the core functional modules of the TikTok Shop search client.

　　2. Responsible for TikTok Shop search foundation and vertical experience and market supply optimization to ensure that there is a good cycle iteration mechanism in this direction.

　　3. Understand e-commerce search user requests and pain points, establish industry-leading product and content forms, and formulate reasonable strategies and styles for search needs to ensure user content consumption experience.

　　4. Understand the differences between users and supply in e-commerce search scenarios, link industries and merchants, establish user, vertical, and supply e-commerce search solutions to meet scene user requests.

　　Qualifications

　　1. At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce vertical industry or supply direction products, have a deeper understanding of e-commerce business, especially have a certain understanding of South East Asia and European and American markets.

　　2. Have good data mining and analysis capabilities, and be able to promote product development through Data Analysis.

　　3. Strong cross-team collaboration ability, excellent communication and expression skills; have certain ability to withstand pressure.

　　4. Bonus: Experience in search, recommendation and advertising products, strategies and algorithms is preferred.

　　Job Information

　　[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

　　The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $199500 - $393300 annually.

　　Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
