  Ecommerce's Governance and Experience is a global team responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for not only users, but also sellers and creators. We are looking for Program Manager of E-commerce Seller Onboarding Governance to join our team to drive the improvement of sellers' onboarding experience and KYB processes.

  What You'll Do

  - Lead project teams across commercial, compliance, operation and technical teams to define and scope the necessary tools and workflows to be developed.

  - Co-develop the necessary protections, guardrails, policies, KYB/KYC checks and operations to enable seller registration on TikTok Shop

  - Maintain a keen understanding of North American or South American markets and regulatory conditions to inform strategy development

  - Responsible for sellers' compliance KYB/KYC management, building up the implementation process and working closely with cross-functional partners, such as product and tech teams, to optimize seller onboarding system efficiencies

  - Monitor, analyze and own key performance indicators such as seller pass rate, SLAs, appeal rate.

  - Responsible for minimizing the number of sellers on the TikTok platform who actively and consistently attempt to engage in non-compliance

  - Work to promote transparency and understanding of policies, including assessing seller plans of action in response to enforcement actions

  - Act as an escalation point of contact and manage internal communications on all seller governance issues

  - Support communications, enforcement actions, and data reporting for seller onboarding policies and appeal programs

  - Work autonomously in a fast paced, highly demanding and ambiguous environment.

  Qualifications

  - Bachelor's degree or above

  - Excellent communicator, both written and verbal, including the ability to propose complex solutions and explanations in writing

  - 10+ years of hands-on and in-depth experience on e-commerce onboarding governance strategies or policy-making is a must

  - Experience with analytical tools such as Excel, Looker, Tableu, or Aeolus to drive analytics and reporting.

  - Familiar with the US market's E-commerce KYB/KYC/UBO compliance requirements, regulatory, and internet governance management, with business sensitivity and risk awareness

  - Strong management capabilities and getting things done themselves. Be an experienced team player who is motivated by an entrepreneurial, fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.

  - Excellent program management and communication skills with the ability to plan for, and manage complex projects, as well as influence multiple cross-functional teams to achieve goals

  - Demonstrated ability to navigate successfully in ambiguity, with multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced, changing environment

  - Conduct data analysis on onboarding trends for weekly/monthly meetings

  Job Information

  [For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

  The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $108088 - $196544 annually.

  Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

  We cover 100% premium coverage for employee medical insurance, approximately 75% premium coverage for dependents and offer a Health Savings Account(HSA) with a company match. In addition to Flexible Spending Account(FSA) Options like Health Care, Limited Purpose and Dependent Care.

  Our time off and leave plans are: 10 paid holidays per year plus 17 days of Paid Personal Time Off (PPTO) (prorated upon hire and increased by tenure) and 10 paid sick days per year as well as 12 weeks of paid Parental leave and 8 weeks of paid Supplemental Disability.

  We also provide generous benefits like mental and emotional health benefits through our EAP and Lyra. A 401K company match, gym and cellphone service reimbursements. The Company reserves the right to modify or change these benefits programs at any time, with or without notice.
