  The main purpose of the Technical Product Manager (TPM) role is to act as a link between business strategy and technology execution, ensuring the successful development and delivery of high-quality products. As a pivotal member of our product management team, the TPM will be tasked with translating business requirements into actionable technical specifications, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and guiding the end-to-end product development lifecycle. Responsibilities include defining and prioritizing features, crafting detailed user stories, conducting market and competitive analysis, and facilitating seamless communication between engineering, design, and business stakeholders. The TPM will play a key role in shaping product roadmaps, making data-driven decisions, and ensuring that the final product aligns with strategic business objectives. Strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of technology trends, and the ability to balance technical feasibility with market demands are crucial attributes for success in this role. The TPM will contribute significantly to driving innovation, fostering collaboration, and achieving the overall success of our product initiatives.

  Key Responsibilities:

  Contribution to IS/IT Strategy - under the supervision and guidance of her/his primary Community of Practice Lead and Product Group Manager based in Switzerland

  Ensure that the technical product roadmap aligns seamlessly with overarching business goals and objectives, contributing to the long-term strategic vision of the organization.

  Foster strong collaboration between product management, engineering, design, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and efficient product development process.

  Develop and maintain a well-defined and prioritized product backlog, articulating business requirements into detailed technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

  Drive the successful and timely delivery of high-quality products, ensuring that releases meet both technical and business requirements while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.

  Utilize data and key performance indicators to inform decision-making, track product performance, and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.

  Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to inform product strategy and drive innovation within the technical product portfolio.

  Facilitate clear and effective communication across teams, ensuring that technical concepts are understood by non-technical stakeholders and that business requirements are translated accurately to engineering teams.

  Proactively identify potential risks and challenges in the product development process, working collaboratively to develop mitigation strategies and swiftly resolving issues that may impact product delivery.

  Maintain a user-centric mindset, understanding and advocating for user needs throughout the product development lifecycle to ensure the delivery of products that resonate with the target audience.

  Foster a culture of continuous improvement, regularly assessing and refining product development processes, methodologies, and tools to optimize efficiency and effectiveness within the team and organization.

  The Technical Product Manager (TPM) will be responsible for fortifying the security posture of our products. This includes implementing robust security features, conducting thorough risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

  The Technical Product Manager (TPM) is expected to deliver clear and consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders. This includes maintaining alignment between stakeholder expectations and product development goals to ensure a collaborative and mutually beneficial relationship.The TPM will be responsible for fostering positive relationships with stakeholders, gauging their satisfaction levels, and proactively addressing concerns. Building strong, trust-based partnerships will be crucial for the overall success of the product and the organization

  Required Profile:

  Bachelor's degree in Business, computer science, engineering or a related discipline. Advanced degre can be beneficial

  1-3 years Experiencia in B2B marketplace implementations with the best market platforms.

  Leadership experience of a multiple and diverse team and the stakeholders

  5+ years of design and implementation experience in IS/IT, with Agile methodologies

  Previous experience in a product management role, preferably in a technical or technology-driven environment. This could include roles such as Associate Product Manager or Product Owner.

  Demonstrated problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and the ability to navigate complex challenges within a product management context.

  Proven experience in stakeholder management and effective communication with both technical and non-technical audiences. This could include roles requiring collaboration with cross-functional teams, sales, marketing, and executive leadership.

  Exposure to multiple, diverse technical configurations, technologies and processing environments

  Strong experience of development life cycle methodologies (paper based design, agile software development, rapid prototyping, lean start-up, KANBAN, and DevOps)

  Proven ability to define Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) and experience delivering them rapidly and with a high rate of IS/IT consumer adoption

  Experience in working with IS/IT consumers, understanding requirements and opportunities and translating them into solutions and taste-testing minimum viable products (A/B testing, etc.)

  Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization and in Spanish and English

  Experience having worked in a global environment and with virtual teams
