This position provides essential support to Special Education teachers, focused on providing services to much deserving individual students.

　　An Associate's degreeProof of passing the WorkKeys Assessment in reading, writing, and math Proof of passing the ETS Parapro AssessmentProof of completion of 60 credit hoursCommitment to Lansing School District's mission and vision

　　A track record of success working with students with special education needs (especially ECSE students)A track record of perfect attendance and punctualityPrevious training in CPI, blood borne diseases, Epi-pen and DiastatPrevious experience working with students from diverse backgrounds that are different from your own**You will:**Assist ECSE designated students with daily tasks, ensuring a safe and enjoyable school day

　　Actively assist teachers at Pleasant View with facilitating and maintaining a safe and productive classroom environment

　　To maintain a safe environment staff members must be alert at all timesLog updates in the student data system

　　Other tasks as needed to ensure the safety of students at Pleasant View
