　　An opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader in Food & Beverages Department to join Jumeirah Group.

　　The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

　　Perform related tasks and duties as assigned and deemed responsible by management.

　　Informs Outlet Manager or Assistant Manager of any complaints, negative feedback from guest after they first try to resolve.

　　Conduct performance evaluations of colleagues, training of colleagues, guidance, coaching and counselling of colleagues.

　　About You

　　The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

　　Essential

　　Previous experience in a similar role

　　Strong interpersonal and Good English background

　　Desired:

　　Preferred to be experienced in the hospitality and “Food & beverage” field.About the Benefits
