Then come and join our global HR Operations team as HR IT Compliance Team Lead (f/m/d) to help shape the future of our HR Ecosytem.
Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of approx. five employees, providing guidance, support, and mentorship
Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement within the team
Develop and implement strategies for all HR IT tools to ensure systems comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies
Manage the entire lifecycle of HR data, ensuring accuracy, compliance, security
Conduct regular audits, assess risks, and develop mitigation plans to address compliance gaps. Prepare comprehensive reports for management and regulatory bodies as required
Assess Data Privacy and IT Security requirements and ensure necessary security features into the HR IT landscape, mitigate risks by conducting regular audits and implementing corrective measures. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to compliance activities, audits, and corrective actions
Clarify, analyze and evaluate business requirements and support the creation of user stories together with various stakeholders, e.g. Global Process Owners and IT-Business Analysts, regional HR or compliance teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and enforce compliance policies and procedures, ensuring compliance standards
Develop a compliance governance approach following business and IT strategies, foster awareness and understanding of compliance standards across the organization and provide relevant education to stakeholders
Analyze new regulatory standards to determine potential impact upon the corporate HR function and its IT landscape. Continuously assess and improve HR data management processes, identifying opportunities for automation and optimization

Your qualifications and experience:
You have a university degree in HR, Business, IT or related fields
You have many years of proven experience in system compliance, regulatory affairs, or a similar role within a complex organizational structure
Additionally you have several years of experience of process design, optimization and implementation
You have proven exceptional leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team
You have strong knowledge of relevant regulations and standards (e.g., GDPR, FDA, ISO standards)
You are a continuous learner about new frameworks, technologies and solutions
Your attributes and skills:
You have fluent English and German language skills (verbal & written)
You are a pragmatic problem solver with an analytical approach to complex problems and structures and being able to apply a strategic mindset
You are an effective communicator and relationship builder with a strong collaborative and consultative approach
You have a strategic approach towards risk management
