About Support Services Operator Lead

  Job Description

  The Mail Distribution Clerk receives, distributes, and delivers all mail including regular, overnight packages, vendor/messenger deliveries, as well as interoffice mail.

  Job Responsibilities

  The Administrator will perform various clerical duties in support of operations.The Administrator will perform computer order entry, filing, ensuring that order issues are properly reconciled. Perform variety of routine and some non-routine clerical/accounting functions in accordance with standard procedures.Generate and distribute daily reports.Track data. Create purchase orders. Interact with staff. Collect, file, and maintain information in an organized fashion.Printing required documents - Prompt arrival and regular attendance at work.Support and participate in the company's quality standards with a continuous focus on customer service. Perform other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the activities enumerated.

  Qualifications

  ? High school diploma or equivalent

  ? Valid Driver?s License

  ? Previous Mail Room or Distribution Services experience preferred

  ? Knowledge of mail room software, hardware, and other equipment

  ? Ability to multitask

  ? Excellent customer service skills
