This is a business facing role in Del Monte's Supply Chain function with responsibility for collaborating across Business Unit, Finance, R&D, Sales, Manufacturing, Engineering, Sourcing, Planning, Logistics, and Sourcing. A successful incumbent is expected to (i) Provide cross-functional Supply Chain expertise to the business unit to enable key business results (ii) Uphold an agile, flexible, fast-paced mindset while growing the business and winning as an efficient Supply chain team (ii) Shape and influence strategic and operational plans with enterprise perspective; represent all supply chain functions to the business unit and provide business direction and insights to Supply Chain as needed and (iv) Support the achievement of net sales, profit and Supply Chain KPI achievement for business unit.
The salary range for this position is: $104,335 - $187,674
Position Function and Scope:
Key Stakeholder in a high-performing Project Management Organization (PMO) team to ensure successful project execution, delivery, and risk mitigation.Define and implement project management processes, standards, and methodologies that align with industry best practices and organizational goals.Collaborate with senior leadership to establish the strategic direction of the PMO and its role in achieving company objectives.Provide strategic oversight for project portfolio management, prioritization, resource allocation, and capacity planning.Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the PMO, identifying opportunities to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project goals and expectations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of project deliverables and alignment with overall business strategies.Monitor and report on project performance, including tracking key metrics, identifying trends, and presenting insights to senior leadership.Oversee the implementation and utilization of project management tools and software to streamline processes and improve visibilityParticipate in executive-level discussions and contribute to decision-making related to resource allocation, project prioritization, and organizational strategy.Provide Operational/Technical Supply Chain leadership across platform.Understand/monitor key manufacturing plant performance metrics, such as capacity/utilization, OTIF and effectively communicate issues and resolutions.Early and consistent influence of business teams - "voice" of supply chain.Lead cross-functional operations and technology team to ensure successful project commercialization and enable future growth.Provide crisis/issue management and support supply chain risk mitigation to deliver against service and cost.Lead monthly platform Supply Review to identify future gaps in servicing the business (and at what cost). Support development of platform manufacturing strategies that enable Business Unit to service the growing demand for our products.Drive quality improvement strategies for business unit.Other duties as assigned.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Computer skills, including SAP; proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
