Job Description:
Johnson & Johnson MedTech is recruiting for a Strategic Account Manager, located in Santiago, Chile.
Leads Private Strategic Customers for J&J MedTech. Responsible for ensuring the satisfaction of Strategic Accounts Group's economic and clinical needs by providing existing product and services and developing valuable solutions through the account ownership, corporation representation, effective management, and long-term partnership, which would increase company profitability and market share. Works in collaboration with all commercial organization to deploy specific plans and actions for the client group under responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Build long term partnerships with strategic customers by providing innovative solutions to meet their needs.
Prepare and develop account strategic plan based on potential value of account, analyses of the current portfolio of products sold and BUs objectives.
Handle accounts closely throughout the permanent evaluation and identification of new business opportunities and recommend/deploy courses of action, which would ensure customer service goals compliance and generate options to satisfy objectives.
Collaborate with MedTech BUs to align strategic objectives per account and lead long term agreements.
Articulate with all internal areas to bring J&J value proposition base on customer needs and journey of each of ones.
Agree on internal compromises and dates of implementation with Sales Managers and handle their implementation.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in business administration, Marketing, or Engineering. Post graduate degree in Marketing or Business Administration.Experience and Skills:
Proven experience in a combination of areas such as: Sales, Solution/Service Selling, Consulting or Project Management, Sales (private and government), HEMA, Deliver among others.
Strong sales / commercial management background. Healthcare industry knowledge is desirable.
Experience with healthcare partners, aside from medical suppliers a plus (i.e., Payers, Hospital Consultant) Consistency in shown success cycles. Experience in management functions is required, leading sales teams is a plus.
