JOB REQUIREMENTS: JOB OVERVIEW: This position is responsible foroverseeing the strategy, planning, execution, management, and ongoingoptimization of growth marketing initiatives in the practice servicescategory. This person will oversee and guide the work of a team ofgrowth marketing professionals who are focused on the followingbusinesses: Dental Practice Transitions, Tier 3, eAssist, Unitas, DentalRecruitment Services, HealthFirst, Henry Schein Practice Assessments,Henry Schein Financial Services value-added services, and otherbusinesses as needed. This person will partner closely and continuallywith a variety of teams including customer acquisition, content,analytics, sales, business partners, agencies, contractors and more toensure efficient processes and supports are in place for the practiceservices growth team to effectively develop, launch and trackhigh-impact campaigns that drive incremental revenue. The idealcandidate will be results-driven, team-oriented, and will possess astrong creative drive. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for owning,maintaining, and establishing the vision for the successfularchitecture, process, communication, reporting, development, andperformance of high-impact campaigns and full marketing funnels thatdrive incremental revenue. Collaborate with growth team members, keystakeholders within the commercial development group, and marketingplanning & analysis to identify and prioritize campaign targets,forecasts, and budgets. Lead a team of growth marketing professionals bycreating an inclusive and inspiring team environment with a culture thatincorporates open communication, taking risks and a test-and-learnmindset. Establish clear team and individual goals and support directreports performance through weekly 1:1 meetings and team check-ins aswell as quarterly and annual performance assessments. Partner closelywith the team to develop and iterate on ads, optimize media, and drivemicro and macro conversions in a variety of channels andcalls-to-action, including engagements, opens, clicks, ecommercetransactions and form fills. Partner closely with the content team todrive the development of content in a variety of formats (webinars,ebooks, videos, etc.) to support the full marketing funnel, with a heavyemphasis on lead magnets that provide real educational value whilegenerating leads and revenue.
