　　About the Role:

　　CrowdStrike India is looking for an experienced accounting professional with hands-on experience in General Ledger accounting. This is a new position and will take on interesting and challenging responsibilities as our organization continues to grow in both size and complexity. This position will report to Senior Analyst - GL, and work closely with the Accounting team in California, USA.

　　Key Competencies:Strong written & oral communication skillsExcellent interpersonal and time management skills to meet time-sensitive deadlinesMust be detail-oriented and able to perform multiple tasks at the same timeAble to review and analyze a process, recommend and implement improvementsStrong Microsoft Office skills, especially ExcelWhat You'll Do:Preparation of journal entries like accrual, prepaid, reclass and other adjustment journals as necessary.Assist in statutory audit works of subsidiary companies in EU & Asia region.Prepare and record asset, liability, and expenses entries by compiling and analysing account informationPrepare account reconciliations for accrual, prepaid and other balance sheet accountsAdvanced knowledge of accounting standards, along with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).Month-close activitiesEnsure sales, VAT/GST or use tax, if applicable, is correctly accounted forAssist in development and documentation of processes and procedures, monitoring of internal controlsIdentification of opportunities for efficienciesEnsuring global consistency in accounting process and practice where possibleAd hoc projects, as deemed necessaryWhat You'll Need:Should be B Com / MBA Finance6-8 years of accounting - General Ledger, with sound experience in managing month-end close.Strong understanding of ERP (NetSuite experience is preferred)Strong knowledge of MS Excel.Experience with a "Shared Resource Centre" will be a big plus#LI-SK1
