  Under the supervision of Service FOD / Branch Manager, the incumbent of the position as Service Supervisor is to:

  Strictly comply and implement the company's Safety, Health, and Environmental programs in compliance with Otis Elevator Vietnam Guidelines and Vietnam Government regulations.

  Ensure lift / escalator / dumbwaiter are always in good conditions, prevent breakdown situations.

  Recommend for replacing spare-parts for repairing and stock forecast.

  Supports line manager and above manager with ad-hoc assignment.

  What you will be doing

  Routine maintenance plan for current portfolio. Revise the schedule promptly if there is any change from the customers. Inform the customer if Otis would like to reschedule the maintenance plan.

  Conduct the FPA, Near Miss report as required.

  To keep track number of call backs / repair job / T-job as weekly basic.

  Organize seminar meeting regularly with service mechanics to discuss about service issues, new type of service equipment, solution for reducing call back and rebel unit.

  Comply OTIS maintenance procedures and deliver the training to all mechanics for clear understanding and implementation on site.

  To keep track non-productive, productive and overtime hours of all mechanics accordingly as weekly basis.

  Co-orporate with SVC FOD Admin to keep the list of all the safety equipment / tools issued to mechanics. Manage all the technical document, drawings (transferred from NE FOD)

  To corporate with NE FOD to understand thoroughly the lift / escalator operation and any function that need to be pay attention. · Co-ordinate & supervision on repair works carried out by sub-contractors.

  To attend all the meeting with the customer if require and make excuse and give explanation in case of customer’s complaint on time.

  Support in repair and call back trouble shooting if required, prepare the report for all major issues concerning call backs / lift break down with photos for explanation.

  Cooperate with SVC Admin to prepare all the documentation when doing the handover of T job, modernization and repairing work.

  Recommendation of all parts for replacement / repairs. To support warehouse keeper in maintain the store in proper location and clean.
