About Senior Service Agent (RC692500)

　　This position is for a Senior Service Agent with a company located in Greenville, MS.

　　 Shift: Tuesday - Friday 4:00PM - 8:30PM Saturday 12:00PM - 6:00PM

　　Duties & Responsibilities Include: Provides accurate information and assistance to customers, which includes responding to inquiries, problem-resolution and selling of company services. Performs administrative support functions necessary for efficient station operations. Performs other duties as assigned.

　　Requirements & Qualifications Include: High School Diploma/G.E.D. Ability to operate computer terminal. Ability to lift 50 Lbs. Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. With appropriate equipment, and/or assistance from another person. Good human relations and communications skills.
