　　We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Program Manager to join the Business Transformation Office (BTO)! The BTO is an enterprise function that drives initiatives tied to F5's strategic priorities by providing program management, organizational change management, and business process optimization. This role specifically will lead strategic programs that will transform and optimize the enterprise. You will be responsible for program strategy, development, and execution of enterprise-wide initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program and project management with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex programs on time and within budget. 　　Primary Responsibilities

　　Ensure that initiatives have clear outcomes, scope, success criteria, and alignment with overall business objectives.Design, build and maintain an overall program execution plan and roadmap to support and implement activities related to people, process, and technology that span across multiple business functions.Identify workstreams and monitor the execution of the program per scope, schedule, resourcing, and budgetEstablish team structure for each workstream, providing direction to project leads and coordinators on various workstreams to manage scope, timelines, deliverables, and risks to the overall programCreate and monitor measures of success / KPIs for the programPartner with Change Management to identify a change management strategy and plan to ensure business readiness, engagement, and adoptionEstablish governance structure, handling any issues and proactively mitigating risksFacilitate effective communication and collaboration across various business units and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.Serve as an escalation point on risks, issues, and decisions, course-correcting as neededProvide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership on program status, milestones, and key performance metrics.Establish program rhythm of business - including communications, status reports, and readouts to stakeholders and leadershipDesign and deliver executive-level presentations as neededBring an outstanding blend of business and technical acumenEnsure the use of program management best practices, methodologies, and tools to enhance project execution efficiency and effectiveness.Perform other related duties as assigned.

　　Bachelor degree or equivalent experienceMBA or equivalent desiredPMP, PgMP, or other relevant project management certifications are highly desirable8+ years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex, high-impact projects at technology-based companies or within technical domains

　　The annual U.S. base pay range for this position is: $138,348.00 - $207,522.00
