　　UKG is looking for a Senior Product Manager who can take the lead of offshore Agile development and design teams establishing a new software product to be a part of our suite. You will be providing vision and direction to both the team and stakeholders, while documenting user stories and requirements.

　　Key duties and responsibilities:

　　• Collaborate and align with Product Manager on product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities and understand the rationale/business reasons behind building a feature

　　• Manage backlog, iteration planning, and elaboration of user stories

　　• Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value and aligns with the product strategy

　　• Ensure that the team always has a sufficient number of well-prepared tasks to work on

　　• Work closely with Product Manager to create and maintain a product backlog based on business value or ROI

　　• Take an active role in addressing impediments that may impact the team's successful completion of Release/Sprint Goals

　　• Provide subject matter expertise and business knowledge of the product to bring operational knowledge to the team

　　• Represent the voice of the customer within the team

　　• Keep abreast of our competitors and industry trends

　　• Stay updated with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends

　　• Provide functional demonstrations of products

　　• Assist in drafting and editing product-related documentation

　　• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches

　　Qualifications

　　We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States. We are not able to sponsor nor transfer visas for this position, however.

　　Required qualifications:

　　• Bachelor's degree in a business discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience

　　• 3+ years of experience in a Product Owner or Software/Product Business Analyst role

　　• The ability to work on site in the Weston FL office 3 days per week

　　Preferred qualifications:

　　• Strong analysis, organization, written and verbal communication, ability to grasp new domains quickly and understand the upstream and downstream effect

　　• Ability to work independently to coordinate and implement solutions to complex functional issues

　　• Experience in Agile or Lean Software Development environment
