Job Description As a Senior Product Manager within our Virtual Platforms team, we are seeking an individual that is a self-starter, ready to learn and innovate, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. This role will support our Virtual Account products including Visa Payables Automation.
The right candidate will be able to combine successful product development process experience with effective collaboration, facilitation, leadership, and technical skills. This role will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end product management (including market needs, product vision and strategy, roadmap creation and communication, product design and development, release planning, and customer enablement) of Visa Payables Automation across a wide range of workstreams including Technology, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Regulatory, Operations, Implementation, Client Service and Product.
The role requires analytical, collaborative, and technical product skills. In addition, the role is required to develop a deep understanding of Visa’s Virtual Account platforms, ensure change to the platforms are executed on time and budget, and that Issuer and client impacts are understood, communicated, and managed.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Understands and maintains a deep understanding of Virtual platform strategies, priorities, market needs and integrating them into product roadmap.
Responsible for writing very clear, thorough, and detailed user stories for features and product sets.
Having a ‘Can do attitude’ and work with technology teams to develop use cases, and prioritize user stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that is aligned with product strategy.
Responsible for conducting User Acceptance Testing to ensure successful business releases.
Responsible for producing release notes and product documentation.
Perform go-to-market activities by closely working with program management, product managers, other product teams, finance, operations, legal, compliance, user experience and external partners as required.
Serve as product SME and provide support for the design and development of the Virtual products.
Work with regional product, partnerships, implementation, and support teams in their relationships to collaborate with financial institutions and corporate clients.
Displaying a high level of critical thinking and problem resolution for new and existing products.
Strong leadership, interpersonal/communication skills, collaborates easily and successfully within as well as across organizations.
Operates with minimal supervision and able to make informed, well-reasoned decisions independently.
Thrives in an environment that is fast-paced, rapidly changing, and customer service-oriented.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 132,900.00 to 172,800.00 USD, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
