Job Summary:
The Tyson Exports Solution (TES) Senior Financial Analyst is part of theInternational Business Unit (IBU) finance team, supporting andinfluencing global import and export teams to make data-drivendecisions. The selected candidate will be responsible for recurring andad-hoc financial analysis, reporting of projected P&L performance fortotal Tyson, and data entry for internal pricing transactions. Successin this role will support the growth of the enterprise by building,standardizing, and executing reports and processes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Price Reporting: Development of recurring and ad-hoc pricereporting alongside BU pricing teams.
Financial Reporting & Analysis: Total Tyson financialperformance reporting, which will require the ability to collaborateacross functions / BUs to ensure accuracy and transparency.
Transfer Pricing: Own internal transfer pricing execution inTyson systems and communicate to regional BUs to ensure appropriatecompliance with transfer pricing policies. Successful communicationwill require an understanding of cost inputs driving the transferprice.
Risk Management: Assess and quantify internal/external marketrisks to the export trade lane business flows.
Business Process: Drive continuous improvement of existingprocesses and tools to deliver efficiency and effectivedecision-making.
Collaboration: Work closely with Trade Access & Compliance,Global Sourcing, and Trade Lane Managers, to develop and grow theinternational trade organization.
Requirements:
Education/Certifications: Relevant degree in BusinessAdministration, Finance, or Accounting or equivalent combination ofeducation and experience. MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.
Experience: 3 -5 years of work experience in Finance, RevenueManagement, Business Development, Category Management, orAccounting. FMCG experience is a plus.
Computer Skills: Strong excel based skills required, includingexperience working with large data sets. Experience working with SAPFinancial applications and Power BI is strongly recommended.
Communication Skills: Fluent in English with excellent writtenand verbal communication skills are essential.
Special Skills: Both global and business acumen are requiredworking across multiple geographies and cultures in an FMCGmarketplace. Basic knowledge of transfer pricing across an MNC is aplus.

Travel: 1 - 3 domestic trips per year; potential forinternational travel is opportunity based.
