About the role:
You will be a member of global Technology & Innovation (T&I) team holding the responsibility for Process and Product development and Project management located at Convatec Michalovce operations.
Your key duties and responsibilities as a Senior Engineer - Research and Development :
Design and development of new processes, systems and process components including prototypes.
Continuous Improvement of Products and Processes, systems, and process components.
Development of process specifications for improved processes/products, ensuring the accurate completion of the required documentation to ensure transition of processes and design to manufacturing.
Continuously improve processes conducted in T&I.
Creates, reviews, and approves T&I documents related to design control.
Deputy of T&I Manager for design/change control matters.
Support in T&I related decision making for CAPA’s, Design Control, Change Control, and other processes in T&I competence.
Ensure compliance with the legislative and internal requirements of the EHS and to participate in the fulfillment of the company's targets in the EHS area.
About you:
Experience within Product and Process development and regulatory demands for medical devices
Project management skills and experience leading project teams.
Experience in creating and approving design output documents and performing design validation and verification and complete any relevant documents. Review and approval of EDMS documents applicable to R&D.
Seasoned in Prototyping, design and creation of product prototypes, their testing and evaluation.
Participates and support CAPA process, creates NC’s and completes assigned actions.
Education / Qualifications:
University, technical degree – preferred.
Project Management – advantage.
MS office.
SolidWorks / AutoCAD or another 3D CAD software – advantage.
Advanced statistical knowledge, applying statistics in data sampling and data processing.
Communicative level of English language.
Working Conditions:
Availability to travel internationally and nationally.
