As the leader of Customer Value Proposition & Capabilities, you will play a pivotal role in our China Division, driving commercial planning and execution across various channels. You will lead strategic initiatives for customer-value propositions, ensuring competitiveness while fostering a healthier channel ecosystem. Your role involves collaboration with stakeholders, devising integrated strategies for deployment, and maintaining alignment with our GC&M DS long-term strategy. What You'll Do for Us
Customer Value Proposition:
Creation and Implementation: Develop and implement a globally aligned customer value proposition under the 7C commercial framework, ensuring consistency across all channels and customer touchpoints.Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with relevant teams to tailor the value proposition to GCM specific markets and customer segments, ensuring it aligns with the collective DS business strategy.Continuous Improvement: Monitor, evaluate, and refine the value proposition based on market performance and customer feedback to ensure it remains competitive and relevant.Business Impact: Utilize the value proposition to enhance customer acquisition, loyalty, and profitability across global markets.Scaling operations in pursuit of a healthier channel ecosystem.
System capability building:
Leading the continuous development of the China Commercial Capability Center and crafting a strategic plan and roadmap.Ensure linkage of our system capability building strategy with our DS business strategy.Ensure quality & effective landing plan of system capability building to bring out true impactful step-change of entire system commercial capabilities.Liaise with key stakeholders across the China system to facilitate the implementation of the capability and assist in customer capability building.Support business initiatives and create related commercial programs.Manage team and individual performance.

Qualifications & Requirements
Strong business acumen with an understanding of consumers, shoppers and customers.Ability to connect with our Consumers, Shoppers and Customers along with industry trends.Strong communication skills.Drives innovative business improvements.Concrete landing plan of our capability-building strategy to create a step change of system capability overall.Analytical capabilities with the ability to create compelling narratives from multiple data points.Project management skills.Extensive networking capabilities.System understanding including in-depth knowledge of system processes and operations.At least 15 years of experience in a consulting or educational firm or extensive experience working within the Coca-Cola System.Rich system experience plus business management and people development experience in multinational FMCG is a plus.
