　　 Main Duties and Responsibilities

　　• Regularly update reports as assigned by the line manager, ensuring timely and accurate information is provided.

　　• Working with the company's system and providing data for Power BI.

　　• Monitor and consolidate purchase orders received from distributors, ensuring they align with company policies and procedures.

　　• Calculate incentives for the sales team based on predefined criteria.

　　• Review and verify claims submitted by distributors, ensuring accuracy and completeness before forwarding them to the finance department.

　　 Skills and Qualifications:

　　• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, is required to effectively manage and analyze data.

　　• Proficiency in working with numbers, data analysis, and paperwork is essential for this role.

　　• Ability to collaborate with TI teams to ensure data accuracy and troubleshoot any system issues.

　　• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Khmer and English to effectively communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders.

　　• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy to ensure the integrity of data and reports.

　　• Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

　　• Experience working with data management systems and proficiency in using Power BI or similar data visualization tools and familiarity with sales processes and terminology to effectively report and analyze sales data is advantage.
